i'm finally leaving for genting tmr!! that seems really fast!

and for the first time i'll be overseas without my parents. =x
cant really riot though...since i'll be with my cousins and aunt. 8 of us in all. cool huh?? =P

and i hope i can find nice nice things to buy there!! =)

and of cos, hopefully nothing goes wrong while i'm away. =s

and yesterday i finally met astatine class girls in town for dinner!
haha...looks-wise everyone hasnt change much.
but everyone has really matured going by our conversations during dinner.
some of us were discussing how our respective interviews went...and others were basically moaning about their jobs.

and trin and i were the only unemployed ones. i want to find a job badly now!!! cause i just realised that there are some things that i wish to buy after all...

i wanna buy a pair of nice heels. or pumps. or wedgie.
and i wanna buy a sneaker though i wouldnt have any use for it. maybe not then.
then i wanna buy a pair of shorts. cause i dun have any???
and i am still searchin for my tunic!!!! and a legging!!!

haha...no money le. think i everyday hide at home liao...den lidat no need spend money. =P

and elaine is accepted into ntu biz too...yey! another future classmate.
i am not so excited about gg back to school after all. heheh.
but rahs! i want school life back!!! enough of slackin!!!

haha...and it turned out to be my most memorable bday so far after all.
and i tot everyone forgot all abt it!! hee.
cos i didn go around annuncing it like i used to in the past.

and we saw all those wonderful animals!! the cute lil kangaroo! and the funny nose looking monkey! haha...

and it was like we are going on an adventure! haha...so nice.

and then yesterday we went to holland v. and i finally got my bday cake.

haha...i met hupkee and ilona at bugis yesterday. mad didn come along though. =(

anw, we went to this place called TERRA to eat. we had only jus arrived at bugis but hup was so STARVED we immediately went to look for sth to eat. but okay lar...since it was dinner time alr.

we were supp to meet at 6.30 and lil miss-smarty-jobless-pants(me) was late. haha...i was watchin tv at home...supp to leave house at 5.30pm...den at 5pm, there was this excting show called "emergency vets" showing on animal planet...i was so absorbed in it and when the vet finally sewed up that poor lil puppy's paw i realised to my utter horror that it was 5.20pm.

but digress a while...the owners are so STUPID LAR!!! accidentally closing the window on their poor poor poor lil puppy. and the puppy was whining in so much pain i felt like hitting the owners on the head. and the owner was crying when the vet said he had to amputate one of the puppy's toe. omg. it's only a puppy for god's sake! how could u neglect ur pet like that!!!

back to the main topic. what was it?? the outing. yeah.

haha...so we were looking at the menu they pasted on the wall and me and hup were like...er...what were half the things written on the menu??? and this cute looking waiter (sorry eddy dear!!!)came over and asked us if we needed any help. and since me and hup were like..."what are they servin here???!!!" we intelligently dumbly said no and walked away...

...to the next pillar. with the SAME menu pasted on it.

and this is when ilo opened her mouth and said...hey...the food seems nice here!
and it turned out that ilo noe what the food there were really about...just some pasta names that's all. and we're like, hey! the price for the set meal is really reasonable! main course+soup+ice cream for ard 9.90 to 13.90 depending on ur choice of main course.

and then this sweet lil girl came over and said, "hi, how may i help u?" and of cos we followed her into the restaurant this time round. lol.

and we felt so bad to the cute waiter. cos it seemed like we were avoiding him on purpose. maybe that's why he avoided us the whole night. haha.

anyway, this nice lady (i guess the manager or some high ranking person) took our orders. she was so good at her job she persuaded us to try her potato gretin and buy more drinks. LOL.

i mean who wouldnt fall for the "usual price 5.90-7.90 now discount 3.80 only" kind of offer?? and their drinks are so cool and unique!!

one of them was kiwana oj = kiwi mixed with banana in orange juice. COOL HUH??!!!

lol. and we wondered what "ginger granny smith" was. nobody dared ordered it. lol

and the potato gretin was really good. =) yum. and the nice lady came back and said," it's really nice isnt it?"

and we are like...YES YES YES!!!

lol. end up we split each person 16.40 only. not bad huh. cos that day had 10% discount too.

and when the nice lady told us that, you should've seen the glow in ilo's and hup's face. they were tempted to buy more drinks. then i said one intelligent sentence.

chey, lidat only remove the service charge only mah.

and then they decided not to order anymore things le.

and after that ilo brought us to 7 eleven to buy the giant slurpee to get another of her collectibles again. LOL.
oh well, what are friends for??

and we bought a nice watch strap at some push cart at bugis...and the salesgirl who looked a lot like jolin had really BAD attitude. sigh. jus buy my watch and go already.

and ilo bought a nice turquiose watch for 5 bucks at bugis street. cool. and jus FYI, she was the one who purchased the watch strap too. lol. cause she likes the design on her current watch and couldn't bear to change it. hee.

and they bought me a BAG!!!

another day of jobless me...yest went to hospital to see daddy again...and goody news!!!

daddy got discharged!!! whoopie~

hee...turn out that there really is a stone in his body...luckily it has reached the bladder alr...now waiting for it to pass out by itself...hee...

anyway. dis week has been v happening...dunno good or bad..

day 2 and 3 of jobless me.

not as good as expected.

day 2 was fine. stayed at home with daddy...cos he jus came home from hospital. doc gave some painkillers and that's all...arranged to see a specialist on tue.

so everything was alright...daddy was able to drive mummy home from work and everything...until 10.30pm...

when the pain returned.

same old story repeated itself and this time we immed took daddy to hospital.

this time mummy stayed at home cos she only got 3 hours of slp last nite...

so dis time me, my bro and gf brought daddy to hospital.

in the end, went there pain was gone AGAIN...and so we went home again...since later in the aft we had arranged to see a specialist...

day 3 of jobless me.

came home ard 2+ am...was sleeping soundly when mum rang at 7.50am.

knew sth was wrong right away.

sigh. dad was on the way to work and the pain came back again.

so off we go to the hospital this time again. no matter wad, we'll insist to let daddy admit to hospital today...

and there's where i've spent the last 9 hours today...

and the next 9 hours tmr too...

oh well...as long as daddy gets well...i dun mind spending every minute of my time with him. =)

if only i was at home, i would have known that daddy hasnt been feeling well for the past week...

and when they finally got my uncle to drive daddy to doc leavin me alone at home.
i couldnt take it anymore.

i burst out in tears.
