oh well, today i managed to take advantage of the GSS sale before i ends..
i managed to buy a pair of shorts from pepper plus! haha...and i got myself a nice blusher from beauty credit (a korean brand which has Hyun Bin - the guy from my lovely samsoon - as the spokesperson) and a Loreal mosituriser and eye makeup remover...

haha...and i finally dug into my cupboard and found the nice top that liting bought me for my bday...and madeline (oh, how much i love you!!!) bought me a mickey mouse tee and a ronaldo jersey!!!

did u hear that???

i have to remove all my wisdom teeth!

one of them is straight, so a normal extraction would do the job. As for my other three teeth, two are crooked and one is horizontal (that one that gave me the pains) and thus would require surgery...

omg. i am so scared. i am going to look so swollen and yellow and ugly for days after the surgery! how can i go to work? how can i face anyone?? how?? how?? how????? sigh. and i have to live through it twice as i'm only removing two of them first...

cause i fear that i cannot take the pain. *ouch* and everyone says that for two days the pain is so great i can only take in fluids...sad. even porridge has to be swallowed...oh well, i'll just treat it as going on a diet. and i heard people REALLY do lose weight during the recovery process...hoho...because they cant eat...lol.

hmm...my ideal weight loss is 3kg...hope it works. i'd better take my weight in the morning of june 4th. which happens to be THE day i lose my teeth. remind me to ask the dentist for my teeth for keepsake k? =P

oh and bad news for me again...i have to re-take my TB injection test...apparently my bump was too small to be measured so i have to take another injection on the 30th...sobs. i fear needles! >.
and i am so depressed i've been visting doctors so recently...makes me feel more sick than i already am.

19/5 - first trip to jurong polyclinic for dental checkup.
22/5 - first injection for TB checkup
24/5 - first trip to Alexandra Dental Clinic to see dentist.
25/5 - checking at TB control reading. have to retake injection
30/5 - 2nd injection
1/6 - reading for injection. hopefully everything would turn out ok.
4/6 - DENTAL SURGERY!!! OMG!!!
5/6 and 6/6 - hiding at home from the rest of mankind. cant face the world with my swollen face.

sigh. needles needles and more needles...what did i do to deserve this???

sad. and A Level cert is ready for collection on the 6 June. how can i go???

and on the bright side...i managed to buy some bras. hoho. my first purchase from teh GSS. i ought to go buy something before my surgery. sobs.

hahas. okay finally i am updating again huh...to tell the truth, i've been checking my blog regularly but just didnt bother to update it each time...

but i didn realise it has been THAT long since my last post!

anyway, pretty shocked to see that my blog does attract unexpected readers...hoho..

and i've finally took the plunge and accepted NTU business school!! wish me luck people! any future classmates out there?

last week, my wisdom tooth started to hurt really bad...i could feel that my gums around that area was swollen..and my top and bottom molars couldnt touch each other because it was pretty swollen...

so anyway, i panicked and went to the dentist. and i am so unhappy that dental services is not readily available in singapore!

there are private dental clinics around but paying 200 bucks just to clean your teeth is so NOT worth it! okay, so you decide to approach the government clinics like the sg dental centre. right. they are appointment based and you would be charged on a private basis which translates into NO govt subsidy! so your next best alternative is to get a referral from a polyclinic. so happily u decide to go visit the nearest polyclinic and you realise that NOT all polyclinics have dental services! ahh...finaly you located a dental clinic at a polyclinic and guess what? dental services are ALL appointment based only!!! so even if you walk in to the clinic, you HAVE to make an appointment at the receptionist unless your problem is considered an emergency. emergency = bleeding gums = subjected to dentist's definition of 'emergency'.
you are so angry but your teeth is priority so u ask when the earliest appointment date. the receptionist tells you that it would be 4 months from now.
OMG!!! so the receptionist gives you the call centre number and asks you to try calling it to see if other polyclinics have earlier appointment dates. so you call the number and like are call services, you have to listen to the (irritating) music and the occassional "our customer service officers are all engaged...please hold on while we try to transfer your call...". and finally you hear a human voice from the other line! and to your dismay ALL the other polyclinics are 'fully-booked' til 4 months later! right.
and you stomp back to the polyclinic and plead for the receptionist to let you consult a dentist today. so the receptionist says ok, but you will have to wait for quite a long time. about 2 hours.
you are not going to give up after all this and of course I WAITED!! but first, i went to the cafe to have my breakfast for about 20min and when i returned the receptionist said that my number was called 10 min ago. so i was told to wait again for them to re-call my number. finally i got to see the dentist and got my referral letter to alexandra hospital dental clinic. *phew* and receptionist gives me a referral letter and i'm supposed to call the clinic myself to book an appointment. and off i go with my painkillers and anitbiotics.

so wish me luck at alexandra tomorrow! i hope my dentist is a nice young looking hunk. hoho...that would help ease my pain. imagine a grumpy fat old lady digging into my mouth. eww. i'd rather look into the mesmerising eyes of my hunkie dentist...

and another thing, i just went for a latent tubercolosis checkup on tue! took an injection and i would be going back to the TB control unit to do my readings on fri...hopefully my result would be negative!!! no worries people, just that a colleague at work contracted TB and this is just a safety measure... =)

and there's so many things that i want to do!!!

GSS is coming up! i wanna buy a bag, a pair of jeans, sunglasses, skirt, tops...ETCETC!!!

and i went out with chiewyee and liting last week! haha...it's been a really long while since i last saw them and it felt good to be around them again! miss you guys!

and i'm going to meet madeline (dear dear), hupkee and ilona next week! so many things that i wanna do with you guys!! i'm milk-deprived!!!

and i wanna watch pirates of the carribean!!! oh...my drop dead gorgeous orlando sweetie!!! hey nana weeter yumei guozhi somebody make a decision now!!! time and location!!! quick quick quick!!!

and yay! jojo's bday is coming up!!! haha...gotta celebrate!!! =DDD and we're all going to see shrek 3!!! and oh yeah, finally saw jojo's ah-bung today...hees. better not make any comments, since i've nothing much to say anyway...hahas.

I HAVE FOUND A JOB!!!

hurrahs!! anyway, i'm back at SIS Technologies Pte Ltd but i'm no longer a CSO now!! haha...i'm now doing back end stuff for the technical department for dopod phones...haha....doing refurbishment and i am a "personal assistant" to one of my colleagues...

anyway, i have been working OT almost everyday now!!!haha...tiring but that means that i will have more pay!!!

better update my timesheet on monday before i forget...haha...
and today i was a storegirl...doing stock count for the spare parts...let me tell you that the store is extremely extremely dusty!!! i was sneezing my guts out one hour after i begun doing the stock count...

anyway, ally has just distributed the flyers and i will be getting more calls soon...hopefully it will be something good....haha...=P

and some people at work really suck. getting on my nerves already...stop complaining about people when you are no better!!!

NUS is more prestigous and is nearer to eddy's school --> that means we can have lunch together during our breaks and it's easier to meet up!
NTU is MUCH nearer to home. i can wake up 30min before lessons start and still reach school in time. and some people say that NTU business school is more recognised. when i say some, i really mean SOME. because everyone i consult for advice really give me divided comments.
i just cannot make up my mind!!

okay, thirdly, i am RE-EMPLOYED!!! hoho. work started two days ago. back at SIS Technologies but i'm no longer doing customer service. currently hired to do back end work = refurbishments = slacking job but with quotas to meet.
not bad considering i have weina to keep me company and i have no restrictions as to what i want to wear anymore!! hohos!

fourth, i was stung by a BEE yesterday. my oh my!!! stung at work. at the bottom of my right foot. cause i happened to be bare-footed. sobs. but i guessed girl guides had taught me well. BE PREPARED. hoho. and i must admit i was pretty calm. hahas. i flicked the dead bee off my foot and calmy pulled the sting out of my foot. but let me tell you, it hurts like hell!!!! >.<""" and weina wasnt in the room so i couldnt scream or seek help or anything. had to lock that damn door which couldnt be locked no matter how hard i try before i can seek help cause the phones in there cost too much. if anything goes missing, i can forget about buying anymore things in the near future. i would be too damn broke re-paying them!!!

fifth, made my contacts today!!! haha...and my parents got really COOL new specs made. mummy got a nice red plastic frame one. daddy bought a nice half frame one with cool brown-yellow sides - the kind which is straight and does not curve around your ears. awesome! me? i fell love with a pair of specs which is black outside but red inside. very chio! and it's those plastic ones which are so fashionable nowadays. sigh. nevermind.
