went to the manga drawing class organised by the JAC on monday and this was drawn by the manga artist from japan...his name is seiji i think =D

she was there to visit the teacher and i think they know each other ba...since they were happily conversing in jap.
ok lar...friendly and nice. but too cute for my liking. hees.

okays. back to doing my tutorial now. stock prices rose today but we sold them alr...uGh.

it has been a rainy week. raining almost practically every day and everytime i happen to not bring my umbrella out with me.
GRr.

biz law tutorial is extremely engaging once again today...not that i enjoy or dread it, but so many people in class have such different opinions that basically the class discussions never seem to end. and i wish not to be involved in it.
cause sometimes when you argue about a certain topic, it goes to show either

a) you know a lot about the topic and would love to EXPRESS your views

b) you still know a lot about the topic but you cant accept the fact that people disagree with your view. so you CONTINUE to argue your point (and usually by this point, i cant be bothered to cont to listen to the discussion any longer)

c) you just want to talk to gain your participation points.

d) sometimes, or in my opinion, most of the time, you BASICALLY DONT KNOW WHAT THE QUESTION IS ASKING SO JUST SHUT IT.

lol. no intention to badmouth anyone here. any references to a person or any event is purely coincidental.

and on a happy note, FM essays are going on smoothly right now. yay! managed to finish typing it and we are now left with editing the grammar and stuff only. yippies~

and of course, selling stocks aint easy. so far, we have earned only 1.5k. yikes.

oh one more thing,
i really like my acc tutor.
hahas, he's a really nice prof. always cracking jokes and is very helpful in class
i shall put in more effort in class then!

one more reason why i like prof tan: he's the only tutor who knows my name right now. or he's the only tutor so far who makes it a point to remember ALL our names. and he really does it! =DDD

finally got a chance to meet dear after one entire week of school...exactly 7 days ago...

lately we've been unable to meet up as often as before...both of us have school and my projects are taking up a lot of my time...

and recently, daddy fell sick (though he's recovered alr) and den dear hurt his hips and was practically paralysed in bed for days...and now, i'm sick. that's why it was so hard for us to meetup...

now that i'm taking medication and dear's feeling better, we managed to have dinner tgt at JP...though we only got to spend a few hours tgt yest...
really precious few hours...

and we met his uncle and family at JP!!! haha...what a coincidence...and a nice surprise too...

went to the boardgames club thingy on thur but me and hup didnt really like it...
but now the JAC has organised a manga drawing workshop for members!! YAY!!! but too bad hup has her orchestra meeting and cant go with me...
so i'm taking the plunge and signed up alone!!! hope everything turns out well...=Pp

yups. that's all...going to start doing my FM tut now or else monday will die. hees.

it's not that i dont want to update my blog
i've just been too busy!

and me and my group mates from FM finanical management) were saying that those people who told us that everything would be ok after our A's as uni life is very slack are

SO wrong!!!

lol.
it's worse.

i've been so busy i now have migraine.
everybody in my class dislikes FM, cause it's so hard to understand and there's so many projects!

phew*

and every single tutorial requires us to form groups and prepare one question for presentation every lesson...besides completing our own tutorial.
and there's this ongoing discover finance project that has a series of essays to be done as a group all the way til the end of the year.

so, after staying back in school to do projects everyday this week, i finally managed to do them all!
but not for long,

cause essay 2 for FM has started this monday and wun end til Oct 19. and you think, chey! dateline so long.
WRONG!
the project requires us to buy imaginary stocks from a website that the prof had made and there's a lot of instructions like we cant have more than $20k in the bank and stuff...and marks would be graded by how much we earn comparative to other groups. sians.
and we must do a 100-word log every week! and they'll be compiled into a 900 word essay at the end.
SIAN AH!!!

and essay 3 would be out on 27 Aug. i hate FM!!!

i guess i'm back to normal for now...
so sorry for throwing a tantrum at you...and made us unhappy and everything.

but at that moment, i was really depressed.
lol. i might just be suffering from depression.

anyway, the lab in school is amazing.lol.
the rate the printer coughs out my notes is so fast that i cant believe it.
lol. each piece comes out faster than i blink my eye.
no kidding!

going back there to print my stuff from now on since it's so near to my block...

and buying textbooks is a once in a lifetime experience.
the queues.
the madness of shouting your titles to the aunties.
and the headache of deciding which books to buy or not to buy

end of the day. 4 modules 3 textbooks and a financial cal. great.
185 bucks.
and that's because i've not attended any class for my last module yet. so i might jus bust the big 200.
lol.

and they weigh like a gazillion tonnes.
hupkee and i were carrying and laughing at the same time. okay. maybe i was the only one laughing cause you should've seen how hilarious and tired we looked.
and hupkee was nice enough to warn me not to laugh as laughin drains energy too.

lol. so five steps at a time, we eventually crawled back to my house with 10 books.

haha.
and den we met mad for dinner at JP as a belated bday thingy.
too bad ilona cant make it. =(
but mad is so hyper at nite!!!
she cant stop talking like i do, but only in the morning.
haha...and she's one decisive shopper. lols. record breaking purchase in like dunnoe how many minutes? she just zoomed in to the shop, got her shoe size, tried it on, made payment.
so fast, hupkee hadnt even come out from the toilet. lols

today is the first off day i had from school.
not that i dont like school...
am still trying to figure out my way around school..

managed to locate popular yest...stacked highly with loads and loads of textbooks.
so many different versions that i do not know which one to get...
and am confused whether i even need to get one in the first place.

still trying to fit in in school...cause it feels kinda weird.
but at least i like my tutorial classmates...but i wonder if i should be close to them...considering that we might end up in different tutorial groups next sem.

and i guess i really should get a cca...so that i would have a senior to tell me what's going on around here.

sians. and it feels like everyone else is having a great time.
though there are many familiar faces around school...like people i recognise from xnps or rvhs or njc...they are classified under aquaintances...
to put it in other words,
friends of my friends. second degree friends.
and i realise that my social circle is decreasing by the minute. as everyone i see is somehow 'old friends'.

and i still cant recognise my tutorial friends yet.
and how am i expected to do projects with them when i cant even tell who is who?

current mood: depressed, lonely, tired and bored.

went to city hall wif liting and ally to buy doughnuts from DOUGHNUT FACTORY!!!
lol...we ally started queuing at ard 10.30 while i arrived about 30 minutes later (though i insist i have a perfectly logical and excusable reason to be late)
and liting, too late to be mentioned.

anyway, yummy goodilicious doughnuts...so many flavours and colours...wee =)))))

and of cause how can people remain sane queuing so long for a lil piece of doughnut?
so as we were waiting for our turn, my friends became a lil cuckoo...

after lunch we went to marina sq to jalan jalan...entered FOX which was having 50% off...and we started snapping pictures in the changing rooms...cause the mirrors there were so wonderful!!





and then we had tea at gloria jeans...before heading off to town...
due to unexpected turn of events...managed to meet up with dix and hsin to have our dinner tgt at soup spoon...and den ice cream at haagen das.



and then the SWEETEST THING HAPPENED. <3 <3 <3
ally's bf suddenly popped up from nowhere and surprised her with a balloon!!!
